Abstract

본 발명은 액상농약을 덩어리 모양의 다공성 담체에 흡수시킨 새로운 제제형태인 농약 점보제를 개시한다. 본 발명의 점보제는 규사 등 분립상의 난용성 물질을 수용성 필름이 부착되어 있는 다공성 주머니에 충진하고 봉합하여 담체를 제조하거나 규사 등 분립상의 난용성 물질을 접착제로 접착하고 성형하여 물이나 유기용매속에서 불용성이며 비붕괴성인 담체를 제조하고 수용성 필름 봉지에 넣은 다음 농약 유효성분을 함유하는 유화성 혹은 분산성 액상농약을 가하여 흡수시킨 후 봉합하는 방법으로 제조되어 수중에서 제품이 붕괴되지 않고 원형을 유지할 수 있으므로 수중에서 농약 유효성분의 확전성과 분산성이 특히 강하다. 따라서 무논에 들어가지 않고서도 논둑을 걸어다니면서 10아르의 넓은 면적에 수개 내지 수십개만 투척처리하여도 균일한 농약살포 효과를 나타내므로, 수분 정도의 짧은 시간 동안에 힘들이지 않고 무논에 논약을 균일하게 살포할 수 있어서 매우 편리하다. 또한 농약살포작업에 아주 짧은 시간이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 살포시 농약과의 접촉이 전혀 없으므로 농약에 의한 중독 위험성이 전혀 없다는 장점이 있다. 논의 수면에 있을 수도 있는 장애물이나 바람의 영향을 비교적 적게 받으므로 벼에 대한 약해의 유발 가능성이 적을 뿐만 아니라 논 잡초 혹은 병해충 방제효과가 우수하다. 재료비가 매우 저렴하고 제조과정이 단순하며, 살포시의 인건비를 절약할 수 있으므로 매우 경제적인 농약제제이다.The present invention discloses a pesticide jumbo agent in the form of a new formulation in which a liquid pesticide is absorbed into a lump-shaped porous carrier.
