2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, as the agricultural population has been decreasing, aging and becoming part-time workers, there has been a demand for a labor-saving spraying method that does not require the use of machinery to enter rice paddies as much as possible. On the other hand, there is a growing interest in the environmental impact of pesticides, and there is a need for pesticide formulations and spraying techniques that can easily apply an appropriate amount of pesticide and that have little effect on the outflow of the chemical to areas other than the treated farmland and the effect on sprayers.

Under such circumstances, a so-called "jumbo agent" in which several tens of grams of an agricultural chemical formulation or an agricultural chemical formulation packaged in a water-soluble bag is thrown into a paddy field without using a machine to drop the active ingredient is used in an appropriate amount. It can be easily sprayed, is not easily affected by the weather at the time of spraying, does not scatter the drug outside the target area, and has very little risk of the sprayer touching the pesticide. is there.

Since the jumbo agent is locally applied in the target paddy field, it is important to have good diffusibility from the viewpoint of stabilizing the effect and avoiding phytotoxicity. And those that have the least impact on the environment are required. In addition, it is important for practical use to provide a stable preparation at a relatively low price.

[0005] Regarding the form of the jumbo agent,
No. 92004, JP-A-6-221604, and JP-A-11-240803 disclose that carbon dioxide is generated when dropped into water by combining a solid acid and a carbonate or bicarbonate, There has been proposed an effervescent preparation in which an agricultural chemical component is dispersed in water. This effervescent jumbo agent has a certain effect on the diffusion of active ingredients into water due to the generation of carbon dioxide. However, once the formulation sinks on the surface of soil under paddy water and comes into contact with soil, There is a high risk that active ingredients remain locally and cause phytotoxicity to target crops and subsequent crops. In addition, a small amount of water in the preparation easily initiates the neutralization reaction during storage, and the generated water further promotes the reaction, so that the outer package does not swell during the storage period or foaming does not occur when actually sprayed. It has some disadvantages.

[0006] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-1402 discloses that particulate matter containing a pesticidally active ingredient, which has once settled, is brought to the surface of water by air contained (held) in the particulate matter as the water-soluble carrier dissolves in water. Formulations that float and disperse have been proposed. This technology has the advantage that the formulation itself is heavy and scattering is small even if it is not wrapped in water-soluble packaging. However, in the case of pesticides with strong soil adsorption, pesticide components tend to remain in the sedimented parts, Uniform dispersion is not enough.
In addition, special techniques are required for manufacturing, and problems such as corrosion of manufacturing machines by water-soluble carriers and the need to strictly adjust the temperature and humidity of the place where manufacturing equipment is installed to prevent deliquescence of water-soluble carriers. is there.

[0007] Among the jumbo preparations, a "water-floating preparation" for dispersing and dissolving an active ingredient in paddy water and reaching a target organism is a pesticide that is located away from soil having a property of strongly retaining pesticides, that is, the surface of paddy rice paddies. It has the characteristic of floating components. The pesticide components are dispersed in water at a high speed, and are uniformly dispersed and dissolved in the surface water by gravity and convection of water, and exert an effect on the target organism through processes such as being more uniformly held on the soil surface. It is a very good formulation.

In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. H11-163, an example of preparing a floating agent using a kneading granulation method is proposed. However, the kneading granulation method, which is widely used in the production of agricultural chemicals, generally requires a high cost because the steps are relatively complicated and require a drying step. Also, when using coarse particles with large voids to make the kneaded granules have floating properties, the screen must be damaged when trying to pass through the screen for granulation, or a large amount of kneading water must be added. Often not. In general,
When performing granulation including the kneading method, a constant force is applied to the raw material powder in the presence of a binder, but the force applied to the particles destroys the structure when using coarse particles with large voids It is likely to impair the original buoyancy. Further, the heat applied in the drying step may cause decomposition of some pesticide components, generate a bad smell, or impair the action of the surfactant.

JP-A-11-315004, JP-A-6-336403 and JP-B-3-76281 disclose a technique of a floating agent prepared by coating or adsorption using a base material having voids. Proposed.
Although these methods have solved the drawbacks of the kneading method, the carriers shown in the examples have very high floating properties, and after the formulation is sprayed and the pesticide components are released into water, the carrier is placed on the surface. Remains on the water surface for a long time. For this reason, the carrier remaining on the water surface has a disadvantage that the growth of the crop in the place blown by the wind is hindered, and there is a high possibility that the carrier will flow out of the farmland.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 10-109905 discloses a floating agent for water application having an average particle size of 50 μm or less comprising an anionic surfactant and an inorganic or organic carrier. The pesticidal active ingredient is supported on the buoyant grain nucleus, and a water surface spreader and an emulsifying dispersant containing at least one glucose residue in its molecular structure are blended. Pesticide formulation,
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 5-155709 proposes a floating agent for water application having an average particle size of 50 μm or less, comprising an anionic surfactant and an inorganic or organic carrier.
These illustrate techniques including embodiments that may avoid the disadvantages of the techniques described above. That is, there is little storage problem, there is little damage to the manufacturing machine, and there is a possibility that the manufacturing can be performed at a relatively low cost. In addition, it is considered that the technology includes a technique for preparing a floating agent that is less likely to cause damage to crops caused by the carrier remaining on the water surface after spraying the floating agent and to flow out of a paddy field.

However, after the release of the active ingredient, it is advantageously used to reduce the residual carrier on the water surface.
Particles smaller than 00 microns have a very large surface area per unit weight as compared to a coarser carrier, and therefore tend to have greater agglomeration between the particles. For this reason, when the formulation is sprayed on the paddy surface, it does not spread forever and prevents the release and uniform distribution of the active ingredient, and the effect of the pesticide component is insufficient, while causing phytotoxicity and local residue Become.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a paddy field which is capable of releasing the active ingredient well after spraying and maintaining the property that the carrier sediments in a relatively short time, while resisting the cohesion between grains. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a preparation in which the drug is spread and the active ingredient is rapidly released into water. In addition, the present invention can be manufactured at low cost in a simple process using commonly used agricultural chemical equipment, has excellent effects after spraying, has little effect on crops and the environment, and especially after a certain period of time, the carrier disappears from the water surface. An object of the present invention is to provide an agricultural chemical formulation that can be easily sprayed without using a machine by packaging the water-surface floating formulation and a water-soluble material such as a polyvinyl alcohol film.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have developed an agricultural chemical component,
By preparing an agrochemical formulation comprising a porous carrier having an average particle size of 10 to 100 microns, a surfactant, a binder and a superabsorbent polymer, when the formulation is sprayed on a paddy surface,
It has been found that the superabsorbent polymer expands due to water absorption and expands the intergranular space, thereby promoting the expansion and realizing the rapid dispersion and dissolution of the pesticide component in water.

The average particle size of the porous carrier used in the present invention is 10 to 100 microns. If the average particle size of the porous carrier is 100 microns or more, the carrier may remain for a long time while floating on the surface of the paddy field, impeding the growth of rice in the blown portion or flowing out of the target paddy field. There is. On the other hand, in a preparation using a porous carrier having an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 microns, the porous carrier remaining on the water surface after the release of the pesticide component gradually absorbs water and loses buoyancy,
After a few hours, submerge in water. Therefore, it does not affect rice or flow out of the target paddy field. Like this
