Abstract

전자 사진 현상액 롤러는 브타디엔, 삼기능 경화제 및 염화제이철 분말과 혼합된 우레탄 프리폴리머를 주조함으로써 이루어진다. 경화된 후, 외부 표면이 산화되는 롤러는 베이킹된다. 산화된 표면층은 현상액 롤러에 바람직한 전기적 저항체이다. 우수한 현상액 롤러는 낮은 생산비를 얻는다.

Claims (28)

  1. 폴리우레탄의 바디, 전도 필러 및, 폴리디엔을 구비하는 엔드리스 현상액 부재인 폴리우레탄 롤러에 있어서, 상기 부재는 산화된 폴리디엔의 외부 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도 필러는 염화제이철인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리디엔은 폴리브타디엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리디엔은 폴리브타디엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디아소시안산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디아소시안산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디아소시안산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디아소시안산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제(trisopropanolamine stabilizer)를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  13. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  14. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  15. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  16. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄을 위한 소량의 트리이소프로파노라민 안정제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 롤러.
  17. 폴리디엔 디올 또는 톨루엔 디이소시안산을 가진 폴리디엔 디올의 프리폴리머, 우레탄 프로폴리머, 2이상의 기능을 가진 폴리올 및, 베이킹되는 동안 상기 폴리디엔의 산화가 촉진되는 전도 금속염의 분말의 혼합물을 주조하는 단계와, 상기 주조 혼합물을 경화하는 단계 및, 상기 주조 혼합물의 외부 표면을 산화시키기 위해 상기 경화된 혼합물을 베이킹하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 폴리디엔 디올 또는 폴리디엔 디올의 프리폴리머는 폴리브타디엔 디올인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 프리폴리머는 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디이소시안산 프리폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 프리폴리머는 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디이소시안산 프리폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 전도 금속염은 상기 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디이소시안산 프리폴리머의 약 100중량부에 대해 약 0.1 내지 0.25중량부의 양으로 사용된 염화제이철인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 전도 금속염은 상기 폴리카프로락톤 에스테르 톨루엔-디이소시안산 프리폴리머의 약 100중량부에 대해 약 0.1 내지 0.25중량부의 양으로 사용된 염화제이철인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 최종 우레탄 폴리머를 안정시키기 위해 충분한 트리이소프로파노라민의 최소 양을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  24. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 최종 우레탄 폴리머를 안정시키기 위해 충분한 트리이소프로파노라민의 최소 양을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  25. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 최종 우레탄 폴리머를 안정시키기 위해 충분한 트리이소프로파노라민의 최소 양을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
  26. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 최종 우레탄 폴리머를 안정시키기 위해 충분한 트리이소프로파노라민의 최소 양을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상액 롤러 제조 방법.
