Abstract

본 발명의 자외선 경화 후 내마모성을 비롯하여 내수성, 표면평활성 등의 제반 물성이 뛰어난 피막의 제조에 사용되는 광경화성 아크릴계 피복 조성물에 관한 것으로, (가) 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 10-20중량부, (나) 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지 10-30중량부, (다) 3개 이상의 관능기를 갖는 다관능성 단량체 : 2관능성 단량체 : 단관능성 단량체가 10-90 : 10-70 : 10-90로 이루어진 관능성 아크릴레이트 단량체 20-80중량부, (라) 가교제 10-30중량부, (마) 방향족 케톤류 광중합 개시제 0.1-10중량부, (바) 오늄염 계통의 광중합 개시제 0.1-5중량부 및 (사) 기타 첨가제 0.15-5중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.(A) 10 to 20 parts by weight of a urethane acrylate oligomer, (B) at least one urethane acrylate oligomer, and (C) at least one urethane acrylate oligomer, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer having three or more functional groups: a bifunctional monomer: a functional acrylate having a monofunctional monomer of 10-90: 10-70: 10-90 (E) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an aromatic ketone photopolymerization initiator, (f) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator based on an onium salt, and (g) 0.15-5 parts by weight.
