물탱크 저장수의 스케일 및 부패방지장치에 관한 분야.
2. 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제
통상적으로 물탱크는 주로 합성수지류인 F·R·P등을 이용하여 적정량의 물을 저장하는 용도로 사용되고 있는데, 이는 항상 내부에 물이 차있는 상태인 데다가 물자체가 고여 있는 상태이므로 오래가지 않아 내부에 스케일이 발생하게 되고, 더불어 물이 썩게 되는 등의 매우 비위생적인 폐단이 따랐던 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 덮개(2)에 바람받이 회전구(5)와, 와류팬(6)을 설치하여 바람에 의해 와류팬(6)이 회전하게 하여 저장수를 와류시켜주도록 함으로써 스케일과 물의 부패를 예방할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

물탱크에 설치사용됨.

Claims (2)

  1. 통상의 물탱크에 있어서, 물탱크(1)의 상부덮개(2)에 베어링(3)(3')으로써 장축(4)을 유설하되, 상기 장축(4) 상단에는 외부바람의 영향을 받아 회전하는 바람받이 회전구(5)를 설치하고, 장축(4) 하단에는 프로펠러형 와류팬(6)설치하며,상기 와류팬(6)의 각 날개마다 자석(7)을 부착설치함으로써, 바람에 의해 와류팬(6)이 회전하면 저장수가 와류하여 부패방지가 이루어지게 하고, 더불어 자석에 의해 물탱크(1) 내부의 스케일을 방지 및 제거할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 물탱크 저장수의 스케일 및 부패방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 덮개(2) 상부에 소형모타(8)을 설치하고, 축(4') 하단에 자석(7)을 부착시킨 프로펠러형 와류팬(6)을 설치함을 특징으로 하는 물탱크 저장수의 스케일 및 부패방지장치.
