Abstract
본 발명은 화장지상자의 화장지 인출장치에 관련되는 것으로, 특히 화장지상자에서 인출되는 화장지가 손상되지 않고 유연하게 인출되도록 날카로움부를 없이한 인출구로 하고, 또한 인출되는 낱장의 화장지가 인출구에서 연이어 겹쳐지도록 하여 낱장으로 되는 화장지들이 적층 보관되어진 화장지가 끊킴이 없이 연속적으로 인출될 수 있도록, 통상의 상자형으로 되는 화장지상자(20)의 상면 주연에 절취점선(31)을 형성할 수도 있는 상판(30)에 상자의 길이방향이거나 이와 교차방향내에서 어느 방향으로도 구성이 가능하며 입구의 형상을 직선이거나 파형상으로 할 수 있는 화장지 인출구(40)와, 상기의 화장지 인출구(40)의 양단에 교차방향으로 절개(43)하고 인출구의 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 절곡선(41)을 형성하여 재질의 탄력으로 작용하는 설편(42)으로 구성하여 인출구로 인출되는 화장지를 양측에서 설편으로 부드럽게 협지하므로서, 화장지가 끊킴이 없이 연속적으로 화장지가 모두 인출되어 화장지를 꺼내 사용하기가 편리한 동시에 종전에 비닐로 밀폐되어 있던 화장지 상자에서의 불편도 해결되는 것이고, 또한 화장지상자의 화장지 인출구를 톱날상으로 하여 재질이 약한 화장지는 인출도중에 파손되던 문제점도 보완할 수 있는 화장지 인출장치를 구비한 화장지상자를 제공함에 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 통상의 상자형으로 되는 화장지상자(20)의 상면 주연에 절취점선(31)을 형성할 수도 있는 상판(30)에 상자의 길이방향이거나 이와 교차방향내에서 어느 방향으로도 구성이 가능하며 입구의 형상을 직선이거나 파형상으로 할 수 있는 화장지 인출구(40)와, 상기의 화장지 인출구(40)의 양단에 교차방향으로 절개(43)하고 인출구의 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 절곡선(41)을 형성하여 재질의 탄력으로 작용하는 설편(42)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장지상자의 화장지 인출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양단에 교차방향으로 절개(43)하고 인출구의 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 절곡선(41)을 형성하여 재질의 탄력으로 작용하는 설편(42)을 구비하는 화장지 인출구(40)를 화장지상자(20)의 상판(30)에 상자의 길이방향이거나 이와 교차방향내에서 어느 방향으로도 구성할 수 있는 화장지상자의 화장지 인출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화장지상자(20)의 상판(30)에 상자의 길이방향이거나 이와 교차방향내에서 어느 방향으로도 구성이 가능하며 양단에 교차방향으로 절개(43)하고 인출구의 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 절곡선(41)을 형성하여 재질의 탄력으로 작용하는 설편(42)을 화장지 인출구(40)의 입구의 형상을 직선이거나 파형상으로 할 수 있는 화장지상자의 화장지 인출장치.
