Abstract

본 발명은 뇌졸증으로 인한 편마비 환자들에게 발생되는 견관절 아탈구를 예방하고 일단 아탈구가 생긴 후에는 그것을 복원하기 위하여 사용되는 팔걸이에 관한 것으로서, 팔꿈치 및 손목을 지지하는 장력이 고르게 분산 될 수 있도록 이루어진 팔걸이의 제공을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 팔걸이는, 가슴벨트(1)와; 팔꿈치 지지용 팔꿈치걸이(2)와; 손목 지지용 손걸이(3)와; 상기 가슴벨트의 등받이에 일단이 연결되고, 타단이 상기 팔꿈치걸이에 연결되는 제1지지스트랩(4)과; 그리고, 상기 가슴벨브에 일단이 연결되고, 타단이 상기 손걸이에 연결되는 제2지지스트랩(5)을 포함하여 이루어진다. 제1지지스트랩(4)은 팔꿈치걸이에 일단이 연결되는 메인스트랩(41)과, 상기 메인 스터랩의 자유단에 연결되는 어깨보호패드(42)와, 그리고 가슴벨트의 등받이에 양단이 연결되고 중단부가 어깨보호패드에 연결되는 압력분산스트랩(45)을 포함하여 이루어진다. 그리고, 제1지지스트랩(4)은 상기 어깨보호패드와 일단이 연결되고 타단이 팔꿈치걸이에 연결되는 보조스트랩(43)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 주로 환측 액와를 받치도록 이루어진 가슴벨트(1)의 액와판(11)은 특히 등에 잘 밀착될 수 있도록 이루어지며, 제1지지스트랩(4) 및 제2지지스트랩(5)으로부터 전달되는 장력을 효과적으로 분산시킨다.

Claims (8)

  1. 가슴둘레를 감싸도록 이루어진 가슴벨트와; 팔꿈치를 지지하는 팔꿈치걸이와; 손목부위를 지지하는 손걸이와; 상기 가슴벨트와 팔꿈치걸이를 분리가능하게 연결함으로써 팔꿈치걸이를 지지하는 제1지지스트랩과; 그리고, 상기 가슴벨트와 손걸이를 분리가능하게 연결함으로써 손걸이를 지지하는 제2지지스트랩을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가슴벨트는, 환측액와를 중심으로 가슴과 등을 깜싸 환측 액와를 보호하도록 이루어진 액와판과, 상기 액와판의 양단에 차례로 연결되는 제1연결판 및 제2연결판과, 상기 제2연결판의 자유단에 연결되는 연결스트랩과, 상기 제1연결판의 자유단에 설치되는 소켓과, 그리고, 상기 연결스트랩의 자유단에 설치되는 후크를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액와판의 등받이 부분은 환측 액와쪽 부분으로부터 건측 액와쪽 부분으로 하향경사지게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하른 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액와판의 등받이 부분은 상단부의 변의 길이가 하단부의 변의 길이보다 길게 형성되고, 상기 액와판의 환측 액와 및 건측 액와쪽 내면은 요입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하른 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지스트랩은, 일단이 팔꿈치걸이에 분리가능하게 연결되는 메인스트랩과, 상기 메인스트랩의 자유단에 연결되어 어깨를 보호하는 어깨보호패드와, 그리고, 상기 어깨보호패드의 끝에 중간부가 연결되고 양단이 액와판에 연결되는 압력분산스트랩을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지스트랩은, 일단이 액와판의 등받이에 연결되고, 중간부는 어깨보호패드에 연결되며, 자유단부는 어깨보호패드로부터 팔을 따라 팔꿈치걸이에 분리가능하게 연결되는 보조 스트랩을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하른 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팔꿈치걸이의 후측 하단부에는 팔꿈치가 일부 밖으로 돌출되도록 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 손걸이는, 중간부가 서로 결속되어 제2지지스트랩에 함께 연결되는 2개의 연결스트랩을 가지며, 상기 2개의 연결스트랩중 손끝쪽에 위치하는 연결스트랩의 길이는 손목쪽에 위치하는 연결스트랩의 길이보다 짧게 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하른 견관절 아탈구 교정용 복합 팔걸이.
