Abstract

본 발명은 불림세척시 식기에 붙어있는 음식물찌꺼기를 수증기로 불림 세척할 수 있도록 한 식기세척기의 불림세척방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 일련의 식기세척행정에 있어서, 불리세척시, 소정의 불림수위로 급수하고 히터를 구동하여 소정의 수온으로 가열한 후 이 소정의 수온으로 가열된 세척수에서 발생되는 고온의 수증기로 불림세척이 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일련의 식기세척행정에 있어서, 불림세척시, 소정의 불림수위로 급수하고 히터를 구동하여 소정의 수온으로 가열한 후 이 소정의 수온으로 가열된 세척수에서 발생되는 고온의 수증기로 불림세척이 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 불림세척방법.
