Abstract

본 발명은 프라이팬 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히, 음식물 조리에 사용되는 손잡이부와 코팅용기부를 구비한 프라이팬 구조에 있어서, 상기 코팅용기부 내면에 형성된 망상형 돌출부와, 상기 코팅용기부 내면에 있는 일정 둘레의 상기 망사형 돌출부에 대응되는 코팅용기부 외부면 하부에 압축, 주물 그리고 압축공법에 의해 형성되어 열손실을 막고 유도발열강판이 부착된 함몰 압축부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이팬 구조를 제공한다.

제1도는 종래의 프라이팬 구조도로서, (가)는 프라이팬을 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도, (나)는 (가)도의 A-A선 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 프라이팬 구조도로서, (가)는 프라이팬을 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도, (나)는 (가)도의 B-B선 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 프라이팬의 하부 사시도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 음식물 조리에 사용되는 손잡이부와 코팅용기부를 구비한 프라이팬 구조에 있어서; 상기 코팅용기부 내면에 형성된 망사형 돌출부; 상기 코팅용기부 내면에 있는 일정둘레의 상기 망사형 돌출부에 대응되는 코팅용기부 외부면 하부에 압축, 주물 그리고 압축공법중 적어도 하나 이상의 공법에 의해 형성된 유도발열강판을 갖는 압축부;가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이팬 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 망사형 돌출부는 일정기름을 고르게 분포하여 수용하는 수용홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이팬 구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도발열강판은 스테인레스, 철, 코발트, 은 중 적어도 하나의 것으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이팬 구조.
