Abstract
본 발명은 수동ㆍ자동전환장치에 관한 것이며, 장치프레임체에 축지(縮地)되어, 소요길이의 스플라인축부가 형성되고, 당해 스플라인축부에 종동(從動)기어를 슬라이드가능하게 장착하여, 피제어부를 구동하는 출력축과, 중동기어를 자동제어이동작시에 회동시키는 구동장치와, 종동기어를 수동제어동작시에 회동시키는 핸들과, 출력축의 종동기어를 전화레버를 조작에 의하여 스플라인축부에 따라서 슬라이드시키고, 핸들에 의하여 출력축을 회동시키는 전환부와를 구비하는 수동ㆍ자동전환장치에 있어서, 전환부가, 출력축에 대하여 평행한 방향에 슬라이드가능하게 지지되고, 전화레버의 조작에 의하여 종동기어를 스플라인축부에 따라서 슬라이드시키는 전환본체와, 당해 전환본체에 희동가능하게 축지되고, 이 축지점을 중심으로 하여 2개의 방향으로 지지편 및 고정편을 돌출시크는 전환유지체와, 이 전환유지체의 지지편을 한끝에 계지하여, 전환유지체의 축지점으로부터 이반(離反)하는 방향으로 인장력을 부세하는 탄성체와를 구비하고, 전환부의 전화레버가 조작되며, 전환본체가 종동기어를 스플라인축부에 따라서 슬라이드시켜 수동제어상태로 하는 동시에, 전환유지체가 탄성체의 부세에 의하여 그 고정편을 전환본체의 귀환을 방해하는 위치까지 회동시켜 전화본체 및 종동기어의 위치를 유지함으로써, 시프터를 종동기어마다 슬라이드시켜 전환할 수 있는 심플한 기구로 부품점수가 적고, 조립시의 미조정(薇調整)도 불필요하며 동작을 확실하게 행할 수 있고, 또 구조가 간단하여 저코스트로 제조할수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
