Abstract
본 발명은 신규 코지산 유도체에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세하게는 코지산의 2-위치의 히드록시기가 메톡시벤티올 또는 히드록시벤젠티올로 치완된, 강력한 피부 미백 효과를 지닌, 황화물 형태의 코지산 유도체에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 신규 코지산 유도체는, 코지산의 티로시나제 저해활성의 약 50배의 활성을 나타내고 피부에 대한 자극도 적으므로, 미백 작용을 목적으로 하는 각종 화장료 및 피부 외용제의 원료로서 이용될 수 있다

- 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 코지산의 2-위치의 히드록시기가 메톡시벤젠티올 또는 히드록시벤젠티올로 치환된 신규 코지산 유도체 :상기 식 중, R은 오르토(o-),메탄(m-) 또는 파라(p-)위치의 메톡시 또는 히드록시기를 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
