Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 방향전환가능성을 자동으로 인식하여 그 기능성 여부를 운전자에게 표시해주도로 하는 휠자동차의 방향전환 가능성 자동감지방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 종래 방향지시등 및 운전자의 후방주시만에 의존하여 방향전환을 실시함으로써 발생되고 있는 교통안전사고의 문제점을 감안하여 차량의 후방에 일정각도로의 주사가 가능한 물체인식센서(S1~S4)를 다수개 설치하여 계기판상에 방향전환불가 또는 기능 표시가 나타나도록 함으로써 운전자가 미리 방향전환이 가능한지를 정확히 인식한 후 방향전환을 행할 수 있도록 하여 안전사고를 예방하고, 특히 운전미숙자의 안전운전에 커다란 도움을 줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for automatically detecting the possibility of changing the direction of a wheeled vehicle that automatically recognizes the possibility of changing the direction of the vehicle and displays the functionality of the wheeled vehicle to the driver.
