Abstract
본 발명은 높은 염배제율과 투과수량을 갖는 수용액 분리용 역삼투 복합막을 얻음을 목적으로 하며, 미세다공기질 표면에 방향족 다관능성 폴리아민, 극성 비양성자성 용매, 계면활성제 및 폴리비닐로 구성된 아민혼합 용액을 도포시키고 표면을 건조시킨 후 그 위에 다관능성 산할로겐 화합물 용액을 계면중합시켜서 얻는 가교 폴리아미드계 역삼투 복합막에 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 기술구성은 방향족 다관능성 폴리아민을 무게기준 0.5∼ 5.0%, 극성 비야성자성 용매를 0.5~15.0%, 음이온계면활성제0.05∼ 5%, 폴리비닐알콜0.01∼ 5.0%로 구성된 아민혼합액을 미세다공기질의 표면에 도포하고 이를 건조시킨 후 그 위에 다관능성 산할로겐 화합물 용액으로 계면중합시켜서 얻는다.An object of the present invention is to provide a reverse osmosis composite membrane for separating an aqueous solution having a high salt rejection rate and a permeated water, and a method for producing a reverse osmosis composite membrane which comprises mixing an aromatic polyfunctional polyamine, a polar aprotic solvent, The present invention relates to a process for preparing a crosslinked polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane by applying a solution, drying the surface, and interfacial polymerization of a polyfunctional acid halide compound solution on the surface, An amine mixed solution composed of 5.0% to 5.0% of polar and non-polar solvent, 0.5 to 15.0% of an anionic surfactant, 0.05 to 5% of an anionic surfactant and 0.01 to 5.0% of polyvinyl alcohol is applied to the surface of the microporous air, dried, Is obtained by interfacial polymerization with an acid halide compound solution.
