Abstract

본 발명은 위성형 보조 노즐이 장착된 식기 세척기용 분사 노즐에 관한 것으로, 식기 세척기의 세척수 분사 노즐에 있어서, 상기 분사 노즐이 내공간부와 연통되어 세척수의 외부 공급이 가능하도록 복수 개의 토출구가 형성된 노즐 케이스 상기 노즐 케이스의 적어도 하나 이상으로 선택된 토출구에 슬라이드 결합되어 세척수의 유입 압력에 의한 정/역 회전이 가능하도록 회전자와 복수 개의 토출구를 포함하는 위성형 보조 노즐이 구비되어 장착됨으로 식기와의 표면 접촉력을 확장시켜 세척 성능이 향상될 수 있도록 세척수의 분사가 일방향으로 회전하면서 분사 노즐 상에 형성된 복수 개의 토출구를 통해 분사되게 함과 동시에 상기의 일방향 회전 노즐과는 별도로 독자적으로 정/역 회전이 가능한 위성형 보조 노즐로서 고른 세척수의 분사 범위를 유지함으로 식기의 미세한 부분까지 세척이 될 수 있는 위성형 보조 노즐이 장착된 식기 세척기용 분사 노즐을 제공하는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 식기 세척기의 세척수 분사 노즐에 있어서, 상기 분사 노즐이 내공간부와 연통되어 세척수의 외부 공급이 가능하도록 복수 개의 토출구가 형성된 노즐 케이스와, 상기 노즐 케이스의 적어도 하나 이상으로 선택된 토출구에 슬라이드 결합되어 세척수의 유입 압력에 의한 정/역 회전이 가능하도록 회전자와 복수 개의 토출구를 포함하는 위성형 보조 노즐이 구비되어 장착됨으로 다방향 분사에 의한 세척력의 향상을 특징으로 하는 위성형 보조 노즐이 장착된 식기 세척기용 분사 노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위성형 보조 노즐의 저면에는 토출구에 삽지되어 적은 마찰 계수로서 회전될 수 있도록 돌출된 원형간이 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 위성형 보조 노즐이 장착된 식기 세척기용 분사 노즐.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위성형 보조 노즐의 회전자는 유입되는 세척수의 표면 압력에 따라 회전되면서 세척수의 유입 가이드 역할이 가능하도록 방사형 임펠러로 구성되어 분사 노즐의 내공간부에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 위성형 보조 노즐이 장착된 식기 세척기용 분사 노즐.
