Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 밧데리를 내장하지 않고 휴대장치를 중전기에 안착시에도 충전기의 전압이 휴대장치의 회로부에 인가되지않는 무선 전화기 휴대 장치의 회로 파손 방지 장치에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 밧데리가 휴대장치로부터 분리되면, 전류 전압 및 회로부가 오픈(open)되도록 할 수 있는 무선 전화기 휴대 장치의 회로 파손 방지 장치를 제공하는데 있다.
3. 발명의 해결 방법의 요지
본 발명은 충전기의 각각의 단자와 접촉하기 위한 제1양극충전단자 및 제1음극충전단자와, 밧데리가 휴대장치에 장착되었을때만 제1단자와 제2단자와 접촉하여 회로부 측으로 전압을 인가하는 제1접속단자 및 제2접속단자로 구성된 것이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명은 휴대장치의 제1양극충전단자와 양극단자가 단락되어 과전류가 흐르는 것을 방지하기 위한 다이오드가 필요없기 때문에 불필요한 부품(다이드)수를 감소시켜 제품의 원가를 감소시키며, 또한 밧데리가 휴대장치로부터 분리된 상태에서 휴대장치를 충전기에 안착시켜도 전류 전압 및 회로부가 오픈(open)되므로서 상기 충전기의 전압이 휴대장치의 회로부로 인가되지 않아 휴대장치의 회로부가 파손되지 않는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 무선전화기의 휴대장치에 있어서, 충전기(26)의 각각의 단자와 접촉하기 위한 제1양극충전단자(22) 및 제1음극충전단자(24)와, 밧데리(32)가 휴대장치(10)에 장착되었을때만 제1단자(14)와 제2단자(16)와 접촉하여 회로부(12)축으로 전압을 인가하는 제1접속단자(18)및 제2접속단자(20)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 전화기 휴대 장치의 회로 파손 방지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1접속단자(18)와 제2접속단자(20)는 전압을 인가하였다. 끊었다 하기 위하여 스위치 형식으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 전화기 휴대 장치의 회로 파손 방지 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1접속단자(18)와 제2접속단자(20)는 전압을 인가하였다. 끊었다 하기위하여 스프링이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 전화기 휴대장치의 회로 파손 방지 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스프링은 밧데리(32)의 압력이 인가되었을때만 전압이 회로부(12)축으로 인가되기 위하여 판스프링으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 전화기 휴대 장치의 회로 파손 방지 장치.
