Abstract
본 발명은 전자 레인지의 음식물 온도 감지 보상 방법 및 회로에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 음식물의 온도를 감지하는 써모 파일형 적외선 센서의 주위 온도 변화를 보상할 때 한정된 범위로 제한됨으로 오차분 전압이 커서 실제 사용시에 측정 오차를 유발하는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 종래의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 발명은 한정되는 주위 온도 보상출력(Vth)의 범위에서 증폭율을 상수로 고정함이 없이 온도의 변화에 따라 가변되도록 하여 주위 온도 보상 오차 전압(dVT)을 최소화하고, 사용 온도 구간을 분할하여 각각의 온도대에 따라 오차분 전압(dVT)을 최소화함에 의해 센서의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 창안한 것으로, 본 발명은 기존의 주위 온도 보상 회로에 의한 하드웨어적인 보상과 마이크로 컴퓨터내의 기저장되는 소프트웨어 프로그램에 의한 보상을 함께 행하여서 특정 사용 온도 구간에서 주위온도에 의한 오차분 전압(dVT)을 최소한하여 음식물의 온도를 정확히 감지함으로써 자동 요리를 정확하게 수행할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method and a circuit for compensating food temperature of a microwave oven, and is limited to a limited range in compensating ambient temperature changes of a thermopile type infrared sensor for sensing the temperature of a food, Thereby causing a measurement error in the measurement.
