천장레일에 매달아 설치되어 이동하는 경량이동벽으로서, 제조비용이 싸고, 더구나, 강도가 높은 이동벽의 제공.
[해결수단]
뼈대가 되는 프레임은 금속제의 테두리체로 하고, 그리고, 프레임의 양세로 문창상(1,1)에는, 가로보강문창살(4a,4b)를 연결함과 동시에, 상하의 가로보강문창살(4a,4b) 사이에는 세로보강문창살(5)을 설치하고, 각문창살의 사이에는 페이퍼코어(6)를 충진하고, 더욱이 양측에는 목재칩에 접착제를 붙여 가열성형한 파티클보드를 표면재로서 점착하고 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 천장레일에 매달아 설치되어 이동하는 경량이동벽의 패널에 있어서, 프레임으로서 금속제의 테두리체를 구성하고, 해당 프레임은 양세로문창살에 가로보강창살을 연결함과 동시에 상하의 가로보강문창살 사이에는 세로보강문창살을 설치하고, 그리고 각문창살의 사이에는 페이퍼코어를 충진재로서 사용하여, 양측에는 목재칩으로 접착재를 붙여 가열성형한 파티클보드를 표면재로서 점착한 것을 특징으로 하는경량이동벽의 패널구조.
