Abstract

본 발명은 일부의 플라스틱 재료와 일부의 종이 재료에 의해 제조되는 적어도 1피트의 폭을 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재로서, 여기서 플라스틱 재료는 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 총중량의 30%와 60% 사이를 구성하고, 종이 재료는 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 총중량의 15%와 30% 사이를 구성하는 보드 또는 판넬 부재에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 보드들은 방수성, 내후성, 내붕괴성, 방습성, 방음성, 내부식성, 내약품성, 내화성, 내마모성, 내-흰개미성, 항진균성, 및 자외선-저항성을 구비하며 이용하기에 안전한 이점을 갖는다.

Claims (20)

  1. 일부의 플라스틱 재료와 일부의 종이 재료에 의해 제조되는 1피트의 폭을 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재로서, 여기서 플라스틱 재료는 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 총중량의 30%와 60% 사이를 구성하고, 종이 재료는 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 총중량의 15%와 30% 사이를 구성하는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료는 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 총중량의 40%와 50% 사이를 구성하는 반면에, 종이 재료는 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 총중량의 20%와 25% 사이를 구성하는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 또는 보드 부재의 구성성분들이 폐자재로부터 만들어지는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구성성분들 중 적어도 하나가 폐플라스틱인 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구성성분들 중 적어도 하나가 폐지인 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  6. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 또는 보드 부재가 부분적으로 톱밥 재료에 의해 제조되는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 톱밥 재료가 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 중량의 10%와 30%사이를 구성하는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 톱밥 재료가 폐물인 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  9. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 또는 보드 부재가 부분적으로 나일론 재료에 의해 제조되는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 나일론이 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 중량의 5%와 10% 사이를 구성하는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 나일론이 폐물인 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  12. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 또는 보드 부재가 부분적으로 회분에 의해 제조되는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 회분이 보드 또는 판넬 부재의 5%와 10% 사이를 구성하는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 회분이 폐물인 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  15. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬/보드 부재가 적어도 2 피트 폭을 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  16. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬/보드 부재가 적어도 3 피트 폭을 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  17. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬/보드 부재가 적어도 4½피트 폭을 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  18. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬/보드 부재가 적어도 4 피트 폭을 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  19. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬/보드 부재가 적어도 6 피트 폭을 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
  20. 전술한 청구항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬/보드 부재가 적어도 40 피트 미만의 길이를 갖는 보드 또는 판넬 부재.
