Abstract

섬유보강재와 결합재로 구성된 여러 가지 비율의 두께로 된 몇 개의 층을 가지고 있는 다층 틀 구조로서, 내부 층은 탄소섬유를 함유하고 있고 유리섬유 보강재로된 외부 층과 중간층으로 이루어져 있으며, 차이점으로는 내부 층은 페놀포름알데히드수지를 탄소섬유에 침투시켜 감아주며 중간층은 열가소성 수지로 되어 있고 외층은 에폭시수지를 유리섬유에 침투시켜 사용하는 것이며 층의 두께비는 1:1(1-45)mm부터 6:6(10-45)mm까지로 특히 열가소성수지와 단열 및 절연층을 보충하므로서 새로운 사용처와 용도를 확장하는 기술과 구조.

Claims (4)

  1. 섬유보강재와 결합재로 구성된 여러 가지 비율의 두께로 된 몇 개의 층을 가지고 있는 다층 틀 구조로서, 내부 층은 탄소섬유를 함유하고 있고 유리섬유 보강재로 된 외부 층과 중간층으로 이루어져 있으며, 차이점으로는 내부 층은 페놀포름알데히드 수지를 탄소섬유에 침투시켜 감아주며 중간층은 열가소성 수지로 되어 있고 외층은 에폭시수지를 유리섬유에 침투시켜 사용하는 것이며 층의 두께비는 1:1(1-45)mm부터 6:6(10-45)mm까지로 특히 열가소성 수지와 단열 및 절연층을 보충하므로서 새로운 사용처와 용도를 확장하는 기술과 구조.
  2. 1과 다른 점으로 다층구조물의 내부 벽에 열가소성수지 혹은 열접합가능 감지용 비늘을 이용하여 1.0mm-10mm의 두께로 층을 만들어 줌으로서 온냉수시스템에 사용이 가능구조와 제작기술.
  3. 1, 2와의 차이점으로 열 조절 외부보호층으로 탄소섬유에 특수첨가물을 포함한 열경화성수지를 침투시켜 0.4-1.0mm의 층을 만들어 줌으로서 이 층에 전기를 통하게 하여 본 다층구조물을 사용목적에 따라 가열할 수 있는 구조와 제작기술.
  4. 열조절 외부층 위에 단열 및 절연층을 5-15mm의 두께로 만들어 주는 구조와 기술.
