본 발명은 본체도장기에서 발생하는 발열을 최소한한 분체 도장기의 스위칭파워 장치에 관한 것으로서, 외부 에서 유입되는 노이즈를 제거하기 위한 필터부(10)와, 교류에서 직류로 변환하는 브리지회로(20)와, 서지를 흡수하는 콘덴서(C4)와, 리플을 제거하는 콘데선(C5)와, IC의 구동에 필요한 전원을 공급하기 위해 저항(R1)및 콘덴서 (C6)와, IC을 발전시켜서 일정한 주파수를 발생시키는 저항(R2) 및 콘덴서(C7)와, 스위칭파워 장치 자체에서 생기는 역방향의 전류를 차단하기 위한 순방향 다이오드(D1~D4)와, IC에서 안정적으로 발진하도록 전원을 공급하고 그리고 클럭을 발생시키기 위한 콘덴서(C8)와, 상기 저항(R2) 및 콘덴서(C7)에서 발생하는 발진주파수에 의해 주기적으로 하이, 로우로 변화하므로써 전원을 공급하는 접합형 트랜지스터(FET1,FET2)와, 회로내에서 발생하는 오버슈트를 제거하기 위한 저항(R3)및 콘덴서(C9)와, 코일에서 발생하는 큰 역기전력에 의한 스위칭파워 장치의 손상을 방지하고 효율을 증대시키기 위한 콘덴서(C10)로 구성되어 발열을 감소시키고 스위칭파워 장치의 효율을 증가시킨 발명이다.The present invention relates to a switching power unit of a powder coating machine whose main body also minimizes heat generated in the organs.
