Abstract

본 발명은 주성분으로서 리소짐을 함유한 외피용제 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 리소짐 또는 그의 염, 지방성기재, 유화제(HLB 8.0-13.5), 보조유화제(HLB 10~13), 키레이트화제, 보습제 및 매트릭스제를 가하고 완충액으로 pH 5.0±2를 유지시켜 유중수 유화형(W/O)의 리소짐을 0.1~10중량% 함유한 연고제 또는 크림제등의 외피용제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 리소짐이 안정화되어 제품의 보존성이 좋고, 피부의 습윤 및 보습효과를 가져올 수 있으며 소염의 효과를 그대로 유지되는 장점이 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 리소짐 또는 그이 염, 지방성기제, 유화제, 보조유화제, 키레이트화제, 보습제 및 매트릭스제를 가하고 완충액으로 PH 5.0±2로 한 유중수 유화형의 리소짐을 0.1-10중량% 함유한 외피용제.
  2. 리소짐 또는 그의 염, 지방성기제, 유화제, 보조유화제, 키레이트화제, 보습제 및 매트릭스제를 가하고 완충액으로 PH 5.0±2를 유지시켜 유중수 유화형(W/O)의 리소짐을 0.1-10중량% 함유한 외피용제를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 유화제로는 이소푸로필아디페이트 또는 HLB 8.0~13.5의 글리세린모노 C12-18지방산에 스텔 또는 에텔, 슈크로스모노 C12-18지방산 에스텔 또는 에텔, PEG 또는 PPG의 지방산에스텔 또는 에텔 중에서 선택사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 보조유화제로는 HLB값이 10-13인 양이온계의 알킬지방산, 다이민알킬설폰에이트, 옥사졸린유도체, 베타인계화합물, 이미다졸계유화제 또는 테고계유화제 중에서 선택사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 키레이트화제는, 알파-케로글루타민, 콩단백질을 기초로 한 키레이트화제, 리진 또는 시스테인 중에서 선택사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 보습제는 히알유로닌산 또는 그의 염, 코직산 또는 그의 유도체, 콘드로이틴 또는 그의염, 콜라겐, 레시틴, 1,3-푸로필렌 글리콜, 글리세린, 키토산 및 키틴류, 솔비톨, PEG, 말토스, 스쿠알렌 또는 스쿠알란중에서 선택사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 매트릭스제는 젤라틴, 폴리옥시메틸셀룰로우스, 소디움폴리아크릴레이트, 카복실비닐폴리머 중에서 선택사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
