Abstract

본 발명은 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터의 컨버터의 있어, 특히 컨버터에 있어 구성된 스위치에 필요한 절연된 전원, 절연신호 전달수단을 위한 독립적인 각각의 게이트 드라이브의 구성요소를 줄이고, 간단한 수동소자만을 구성하여 일측의 스위치에 따라서 함께 스위칭하도록 하는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터(SRM)의 컨버터에 관한 것이다.
종래 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터의 컨버터는 스위치를 구동하기 위하여서는 게이트 드라이브가 필요하게 되며, 또한 상위 스위치를 구동하기 위하여서는 광결합기 또는 펄스 트랜스포머를 구성요소로 하는 게이트 드라이브가 필요하게 되므로서, 회로의 크기를 증가시키게 되고, 이로 인하여 회로소자가 늘어나게 되어 경제성이 저하되는 문제점이 발생하게 된다. 본 발명에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 간단한 회로소자를 이용하여 모터를 구동시키기 위한 스위치의 스위칭을 실현할 수 있도록 하므로서, 광결합기 또는 펄스 트랜스포머 및 게이트 드라이버회로의 구성요소의 필요없이도 스위치도 릴럭턴스 모터의 컨버터를 구현할 수 있도록 하는 것으로, 스텝(Step) 모터 드라이에도 적용가능하다.

제3도는 본 발명 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터(SRM)의 컨버터의 실시예를 보인 회로도.

Claims (2)

  1. 제어회로로 부터 인가되는 제어신호를 게이트(G)로 입력받아 스위칭하게 되는 하위스위치(Q12)와, 상기 하위스위치(Q12)의 게이트(G)로 인가되는 제어신호 전압을 분압하는 저항(R11,R12)과, 상위 스위치(Q11)의 게이트(G) 전압을 제어하여 상위 스위치(Q11)의 스위칭을 제어하게 되는 콘덴서(C13)와, 콘덴서(C13)로 부터 인가되는 전압을 게이트(G)로 입력받아 스위칭하게 되는 상위 스위치(Q11)와, 입력 DC링크 전압을 분압하게 되는 저항(R13,R14)과, 상기 스위치(Q11)와 하위 스위치(Q12)의 스위칭에 따라 동작하여 모터를 구동시키게 되는 코일(L11)과,전류의 순환을 위한 다이오드(D11,D12)의 구성요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치드릴럭턴스 모터(SRM)의 컨버터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일(L11)에 따른 구성요소를 모듈화시키므로서, 다수개의 코일을 구성하여 모터를 제어할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터(SRM)의 컨버터.
