Abstract
본 발명은 봉형으로 이루어진 냉수기용 증발기에 관한 것이다. 냉수탱크의 수중에서 직접 열교환할 수 있고, 최소공간에서 최대의 열전달작용을 행할 수 있으며, 열전달 손실이 없고, 냉수기의 냉수탱크에 부착이 용이한 구조를 취한 것이다. 액화상태에서 외부열을 흡수하여 증발되는 열매체(6)가 내부에 채워지고 외면이 물(W)과 접촉할 수 있는 하부 개방의 중공체(1) 내부에 코일형상으로 위치하고 그 양단이 중공체(1)의 외부로 도출되는 냉매파이프(2)를 설치하고, 냉매파이프(2)의 양단과 중공체(1)의 하부 사이를 밀봉체(3)로 액밀하게 밀봉시킨 것으로, 중공체 (1)내부의 열매체(6)가 중공체(1) 외부의 물(W)과 1차로 열교환되고, 이렇게 열교환된 열매체(6)는 냉매가 지나는 냉매파이프(2) 내의 냉매에 의하여 2차로 열교환되기 때문에 열전달 손실없이 한정된 공간 내의 물을 급냉시킨다.The present invention relates to a cold water evaporator made of a rod.
