Abstract

본 발명은 피팅(fitting) 몸체와 베어링 슬리브 사이의 미끄럼 베어링으로서 배치되는 베어링 링을 갖는 수도 피팅에 관한 것이다. 베어링 링은 베어링 슬리브로부터 봉지링을 수납 지지하는 원형 홈을 봉지시키며, 베어링 링 그 자체가 베어링 일에 위치하는 외부 봉지 수단에 의하여 베어링 슬리브로부터 봉지된다. 그 축 연장부에 있어서, 베어링 링은 순환 수로와 선회 수도 꼭지 연결부 사이에 위치하는 수로 개구의 경계를 한정한다. 본 발명의 장점은, 봉지 링 영역내에 침착(deposit)되는 석회 형성을 비교적 장기간의 작동 사용에도 불구하고 상당히 제한하거나 또는 완전히 방지하도록 하는 방식으로, 순환 수로내 및 선회 수도 꼭지를 향하여 흐르는 물을 제어할 수 있다는 것이다. 물이 상호간에 작동하는 부분 사이로 유입되지 않으며 베어링 링 그 자체가 봉지 링을 보호하도록 보조하는 역활을 하므로, 이 민감한 영역내에 심각한 수준의 석회가 침착될 가능성은 더 이상 존재하지 않는다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기의 구성 요소들로 구성되는 수도 피팅(a sanitary fitting): 수도 피팅 몸체; 베어링 링과 상기한 피팅 몸체가 순환 수로를 형상하고, 상기한 피팅 몸체를 에워싸며 적어도 하나의 상기한 베어링 링에 의해 상기한 피팅 몸체상에 피봇 운동 가능하게 장착되는 베어링 슬리브; 상기한 베어링 슬리브내로 연장되는 일단을 가지는 석회식 수도 꼭지 연결부; 유입로 및 유출부; 상기한 유입로 및 유출로와, 상기한 유출로를 경유하여 상기한 선회식 수도 꼭지 연결부; 유입로 및 유출로; 상기한 유입로 및 유출로와, 상기한 유출로를 경유하여 상기한 선회식 수도꼭지의 아암으로 향하는 상기한 순환 수로에 연통되며, 상기한 피팅 몸체상에 장착되는 밸브 제어 유니트; 봉지 링이 수납되는 원형 홈의 일부를 형성하며, 상기한 순환 수로의 경계를 한정하는 원형 칼라(collar) 및; 상기한 순환 수로와 상기한 선회식 수도 꼭지 연결부 사이에 위치하는 물 유로(流路) 홀의 경계를 한정하며, 상기한 베어링 슬리브로부터 상기한 원형 홈을 봉지시키는 상기한 베어링 링.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기한 베어링 링이 상부 및 하부의 부분적인 링으로 이루어지며, 상기한 각각의 부분적인 링이 상기한 순환 수로에 대하여 대칭으로 배치되는 수도 피팅.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서, 분리된 별개의 상부 및 하부 링이 설치되는 수도 피팅.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기한 유로 홀의 경계를 한정하는 상기한 베어링이 상기한 순환 수로의 내측 및 상기한 선회식 수도 꼭지 연결부를 향한 외측의 경계를 한정하며, 상기한 내측 및 외측으로 경사면을 갖는 단부 가장자리를 포함하는 수도 피팅.
