Abstract

고온에서 물에 적셔지는 것에 의해 급냉될 때, 제어부 수납실(4)내로 물이 침입되는 것을 호흡작용에 의해 방지하고, 제어부(4a)가 잘못 동작되는 것과 파손을 방지한다.
동력을 발생케 하여 이것을 외부로 전달하는 기구부를 수납하는 기구부 수납실과, 상기 기구부 수납실에 일체로 구성되며, 상기 기구부를 제어하는 제어부를 수납하는 제어부 수납실과, 상기 기구부 수납실과 제어부 수납실과의 사이에 설치되고, 기구부 수납실과 제어부 수납실을 격리하는 격벽과, 상기 격벽에 설치되어, 기구부 수납실과 제어부 수납실을 연통하는 통풍 구멍과, 기구부 수납실측 격벽에 상기 통풍구멍을 둘러싸도록 설치된 원통형 돌출부와 기구부 수납실의 통풍구멍 보다 낮은 위치에 기구부 수납실과 외부를 연통하는 배수구를 갖추도록 했다.

Claims (3)

  1. 케이스와 기구부 커버에 의해 구성되는 액츄에이터 장치에 있어서, 동력을 발생시키는 기구부를 수납하는 기구부 수납실과 상기 기구부 수납실과, 일체로 구성되며, 상기 기구부를 제어하는 제어부를 수납하는 제어부 수납실과 상기 기구부 수납실과, 제어부 수납실 사이에 설치되며, 기구부 수납실과 제어부 수납실을 격리하는 격벽과, 상기 격벽에 설치되며, 상기 기구부 수납실과 제어부 수납실을 연통하는 통풍구멍과, 상기 통풍구멍의 기구부 수납실측 격벽에 상기 통풍구멍을 둘러싸도록 설치된 원통형 돌출부와, 상기 기구부 수납실의 통풍구멍보다 낮은 위치에서 기구부 수납실과 외부를 연통하는 배수구를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 액츄에이터 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 케이스와 기구부 커버의 접합부 케이스측에 기구부 커버 내면에 작은 틈새를 두어 대향하는 방수벽을 설치하고, 기구부 커버와 방수벽 사이의 작은 간격을 일부 확대하고, 상기 확대부에 배수구를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액츄에이터 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제어부에 제어 신호 및 전력을 공급하는 커넥터부와, 상기 커넥터부와 기구부 수납실을 연통하는 통풍구멍을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 액츄에이터 장치.
