Abstract

본 발명은 인버터 제어모터로 구동되는 전자동 세탁기의 인버터를 기판상의 방열관으로 효과적으로 신속하게 방열시킬 수 있으로므써 스위칭 및 방열 소자의 사용 수명 및 특성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 방열을 위한 설치 공간을 축소하여 세탁기를 콤팩트화 할 수 있는 등의 많은 장점이 구비된 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 기판(1)상에 이물질의 배출 및 배수를 하기 위해 경사지게 설치되어 방열이 원활하게 이루어지도록 방열핀(2)이 내장되는 방열관(3)의 입구에 장착되어 기판(1)주위의 공기를 방열관(3)의 입구를 통해 흡입시켜 그물망(5)이 부착되어 본체(6)와 연통된 출구를 통해 빠져나감에 따라 방열관(3)과 기판(1)에 부착된 스위칭 소자(4)를 방열시키기 위해 동작되는 팬모터(7)와, 상기 방열관(3)에 부착되어 방열관(3)의 온도를 감지하기 위한 온도 감지 센서(8)로 구성된 전자동 세탁기의 인버터 냉각장치이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 기판상에 이물질의 배출 및 배수를 하기 위해 경사지게 설치되어 방열이 원활하게 이루어지도록 방열핀이 내장되는 방열관과, 상기 방열관의 입구에 장착되어 기판 주위의 공기를 방열관의 입구를 통해 흡입시켜 그물망이 부착되어 본체와 연통된 출구를 통해 빠져나감에 따라 방열관과 기판에 부착된 스위칭 소자를 방열시키기 위해 동작되는 팬모터와, 상기 방열관에 부착되어 방열관의 온도를 감지하기 위한 온도 감지 센서로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자동 세탁기의 인버터 냉각장치.
