Abstract

본 발명은 절삭 공구의 표면에 내마모성 증대를 위해 코팅 처리된 코팅층의 불균일한 표면 상태를 개선하여 피가공물 절삭시 미세입자에 걸리는 응력을 분산시켜 주므로써, 공구의 내칩핑성(Chipping)과 인성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것에 관한 것으로, 절삭 공구의 표면에 금속 화합물을 코팅한 후 코팅된 최외곽의 돌출부를 평탄하게 가공 함을 특징으로 하는 코팅 절삭 공구의 표면 처리방법에 관한 기술이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 절삭 공구의 표면에 금속 화합물을 코팅한 후 코팅된 최외곽의 돌출부를 평탄하게 가공함을 특징으로 하는 코팅 절삭 공구의 표면 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 절삭공구의 모재가 초경합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 절삭 공구의 표면 처리방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 절삭공구의 모재표면층이 화학증착법에 의해 코팅된 산화알루미늄층인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 절삭 공구의 표면 처리방법.
