Abstract

본 발명은 수두 바이러스의 대량 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 인간 태아의 폐 섬유 세포를 미립담체에 부착시켜 배양하고, 수두바이러스 감염 세포를 미립담체 상의 비감염 세포에 부착시켜 배양함으로써 수두 바이러스를 대량으로 생산할 수 있다.

제1도는 미립담체 상의 비감염 숙주세포에 수두 바이러스 세포를 부착시켰을 때 불량한 조건으로 인해 세포가 미립담체에서 모두 떨어진 상태를 현미경으로 관찰한 사진{×40, ×100}이며,
제3도는 피퓨전 방식으로 미립담체상에서 배양한 MCR-5 세포주의 배양일수에따른 세포수 및 수두 바이러스 역간의 변화 추이를 나타내는 그래프이고,
제5도는 피퓨전 방식으로 미립담체상에서 배양한 LBHEL 세포의 수두 바이러스의 감염 세포 역가(PFC)와 세포와 바이러스 역가(PFU)를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 인간 태아의 폐 섬유 세포를 미립담채에 부착시켜 배양하고, 수두 바이러스 감염 세포를 미립담채 상의 비감염 세포에 부착시켜 배양하는 것을 포함하는 수두 바이러스의 대량 생산방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양이 배지를 연속적으로 교환하는 퍼퓨전 방식으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양 배지가 40내지 45밀리몰의 중탄산나트륨을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배지의 교환이 0.5 내지 4VVD로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
