Abstract

본 발명은 우수한 물성과 가공성을 가지는 사출성형용 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(이하 HDPE라 한다) 조성물에 관한 것으로, Ml가 3∼24g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.940∼0.968 g/cc인 Ti계 촉매로 제조된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 MI가 0.05 ∼10 g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.940∼0.965 g/cc인 Cr계 촉매로 제조된 고밀도 폴리에텔렌으로 구성되어, 기존의 Ti계 촉매 단독 제품의 단점인 ESCR 특성을 향상시키고 충격강도도 매우 우수하다. 또한 제조비용이 저렴하면서 굴곡강도나 흐름성도 크게 저하되지 않아 실제 용도에 직접 적용가능하다.

Claims (2)

  1. Ml가 3∼24 g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.940∼0.968 g/cc인 Ti계 촉매로 제조된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 Ml가 0.05∼10 g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.940∼0.965 g/cc인 Cr계 촉매로 제조된 고밀도 폴리에텔렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출용 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ti계 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 수지가 70∼95중량%이고, 상기 Cr계 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 수지가 5∼30 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출용 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물.
