본 발명은 고분자량 히알루론산나트륨을 마이크로 플루이다이저로 분해하여 저분자량 히알루론산나트륨을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 이 방법에 의하면 저분자량 히알루론산나트륨을 빠르고 정확하게 대량 생산할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 고분자량 히알루론산나트륨을 마이크로 플루이다이저(microflui-dizer)로 분해하여 저분자량 히알루론산 나트륨을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1000 내지 8000psi의 압력을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 동일 압력으로 1회 이상 반복 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량의 히알루론산나트륨의 비점도가 30 내지 40 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
