Abstract

본 발명은 항균(antibacterial) 및 항진균(antifungal) 활성을 갖는 화학합성 펩타이드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 펩타이드는 매우 높이 항균 및 항진균 활성을 나타내고, 그의 대량생산이 용이하여 경제적이며, 인체에 사용할 경우 세포파괴 등의 부작용이 적으므로, 의약용 또는 각종 생활용품용 항균제 및 항진균제로 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 항균 및 항진균 활성을 갖는 페타이드;
    X1X2X3X4X5X6X7X8X9X10(I)
    상기에서, X1은 없거나, 하나 또는 두개의 염기성 아미노산(basic amino acid)이고; X2는 없거나, 하나 또는 두개의 소수성 아미노산(hydrophobic amino acid) 혹음 염기성 아미노산이며(단, X1이 없고 X2가 하나의 아미노산으로 구성되는 경우, 소수성 아미노산의 Pro과 Tyr은 제외된다.); X3는 소수성 아미노산 및 Cys으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 두개의 아미노산이고; X4는 하나 또는 두개의 모든 아미노산이며 (단, 하나의 아미노산인 경우, Pro과 산성 아미노산(acidic amino acid)은 제외되며; 두개의 아미노산인 경우, 둘다 산성 아미노산인 경우는 제외된다.); X5는 하나 또는 두개의 염기성 아미노산이고; X6는 없거나, 하나의 소수성 아미노산이며; X7는 소수성의 방향족(aromatic) 아미노산, Cys, Ser 및 소수성의 지방족(aliphatic)의 아미노산으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나의 아미노산이고; X8은 하나의 소수성 아미노산이며; X9은 소수성의 방향족 아미노산, Cys, Ser 및 소수성의 지방족 아미노산으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나의 아미노산이고(단, X7이 소수성의 지방족 아미노산 혹은 Ser이면, X9은 소수성의 방향족 아미노산이거나 Cys이어야 한다.); 및 X10은 하나 또는 두개의 염기성 아미노산이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펩타이드는 화학적으로 합성되는 유전공학적 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 및 항진균 활성을 갖는 펩타이드.
  3. 제1항 기재의 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 하고, 약학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 항균제 조성물.
  4. 제1항 기재의 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 하고, 약학적 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 항진균제 조성물.
