Abstract

식물생장 촉진성 조성물, 그 제조방법 및 이용방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 팩틴과, 알긴산, 콜로이드키틴, 키토산, 라미나린 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 중의 적어도 한나와, 필요에 따라 글리세롤과 황산암모늄을 포함하고 있어서, 환경오염 문제를 일으킴이 없이 식물생장을 촉진할 수 있으며, 항균성 미생물을 포함하는 식물의 병해 방제용 미생물제제의 제조시 항균성 미생물의 생존성을 안정하게 유지시킬 수 있는 전달매체로서도 효과적으로 이용된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 팩틴 0.1-16중량%와 알긴산, 콜로이드키틴, 키토산, 라미나린 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 성분 0.5-50중량%와 그 나머지량의 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 대하여 0.1-5중량%의 글리세롤을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 대하여 0.03-1.0중량%의 질소원을 더 포함하며, 상기 질소원이 질산암모늄 또는 황산암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물이 토마토, 오이, 고추, 인삼, 상치인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물.
  5. 팩틴 0.1-16중량%와 알긴산, 콜로이드키틴, 키토산, 라미나린 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 성분 0.5-50중량%와 그 나머지량의 물을 균일하게 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중량에 대하여 0.1-5중량%의 글리세롤을 더 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계에 있어서, 황산암모늄과, 질산 암모늄 중의 적어도 하나를 상기 혼합물 중량에 대하여 0.01-1.0중량% 더 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 식물이 토마토, 오이, 고추, 인삼, 상치인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물 제조방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계 후 얻어지는 균질의 액체조성물을 멸균한 다음 실온으로 냉각시켜 멸균포장하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물생장 촉진성 조성물 제조방법.
  10. 식물병해를 방제하기 위한 향균성 미생물을 포함하는 미생물제제의 제조시 제1항 내지 4항 중 어는 한항의 식물생장 촉진성 조성물을 상기 향균성 미생물의 전달매체로서 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 형균성 미생물이 스트렙토마이세스 속의 균주인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 향균성 미생물이 펙티나제, 키티나제, 알기나제, 셀룰라이제, 글루카나제 효소활성중 적어도 하나의 효소활성을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 항균성 미생물이 트리코더마 속의 균주, 슈도마나스 속의 균주, 바실러스 속의 균주, 글리오클라디움 속의 균주, 부르클리올데리아 속의 균주 및 악티오플랜즈 속의 균주 중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 식물이 오이, 고추, 인삼, 토마토, 상치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
