Abstract

본 발명은 전기자동차 구동용 제어기의 과전압 보호회로에 관한 것으로, 전기자동차의 주배터리 B+로부터 측정된 신호전압이 레벨 조정을 위한 스케일회로(10)를 거쳐 비교기(U1)의 반전입력단자로 공급되도록 연결되는 한편, 상기 주배터리의 허용최대전압치에 대응한 기준전압 Vref를 설정하기 위한 가변저항 R1이 상기 비교기 U1의 비반전입력단자에 연결되게 하며, 이 비교기의 출력단을 모우터 전원공급라인을 보호하는 차단기의 구동회로 또는 LED 경고램프 구동회로로 연결시켜서 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하며, 전기자동차 구동용 파우어 콘트롤러에 과전압이 공급되는 것을 감지하여 모우터 공급전원라인을 차단시키고, 이와같은 고정상태를 표시하는 LED 램프를 점등시킬 수 있으므로 과전압으로부터 콘트롤러를 보호하고 운전자에게 고정상태를 알려줄수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전기자동차의 주배터리 B+로부터 측정된 신호전압이 레벨 조정을 위한 스케일회로(10)를 거쳐 비교기(U1)의 반전입력단자로 공급되도록 연결되는 한편, 상기 주배터리의 허용최대전압치에 대응한 기준전압 Vref를 설정하기 위한 가변저항 R1이 상기 비교기 U1의 비반전입력단자에 연결되게 하며, 이 비교기의 출력단에 모우터 전원공급라인을 보호하는 차단기의 구동회로 또는 LED 경고램프 구동회로에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차 구동용 제어기의 과전압 보호회로.
