Abstract
본 발명은 드라이룸 장치에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 스파이럴 리튬 밧데리는 그 제조 특성상 제조환경을 상대습도2% 이내로 유지해야 하는 까닭에 상기 상대습도를 2% 이내로 유지하여 운용되는 드라이룸 내부에서 제조를 한다. 종래에는 이러한 드라이룸을 운영함에 있어서, 드라이룸 내부를 대기중의 공기로 채워지게 하므로서 드라이룸 내부에서 제조중인 밧데리 및 부품 등의 재질상 특성을 인한 공기와의 화학작용에 의해 산화나 부식등이 발생하여 불량품을 발생시키는 문제점을 해소하기 위해, 드라이룸의 천정 부분에 가스 공급관과 가스분사기 및 리턴 덕트를 설치하고 제어기를 통하여 불활성 가스의 공급량을 제억되게 하므로써 드라이룸 내부에서 제조중인 밧데리 및 부품 등의 재질상 특성으로 인한 공기와의 화학작용에 의해 산화나 부식등을 방지하게 하는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a dry room apparatus, and in general, a spiral lithium battery is manufactured in a dry room operated by maintaining the relative humidity within 2% because the manufacturing environment should be maintained within 2% of relative humidity. .
