Abstract

본 발명은 와이어크램프 장치에서, 고정크램프판에 고정된 고정크램프팁에 대응하는 가동크램프팁이 플레밍의 왼손법칙에 의해 수평이동하는 코일체와 일체로 이동하여 와이어를 고정시키도록 이루어진 와이어크램프 장치이며, 플레밍의 왼손법칙에 의해 구동하는 코일체가 가동크램프팁을 밀어, 당겨 주도록 하여 고정 크램프팁과 가동크램프팁을 지나는 와이어를 손쉽게 크램핑제어할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 가동크램프팁을 가지는 가동크램프판과 고정크램프팁을 가지는 고정크램프판에 의해 와이어를 크램프하는 와이어크램프 장치에서, 고정크램프판에 고정된 고정크램프팁에 대응하는 가동크램프팁이 플레밍이 왼손법칙에 의해 수평이동하는 코일체와 일체로 이동하여 와이어를 고정시키도록 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 와이어크램프 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정 크램프팁 직경부위에는 한쌍의 수평축이 고정되고 수평축 사이에는 가동크램프팁이 위치되며, 가동크램프팁은 수평축에 유착되는 코일체에 의해 크램프압력을 제공받도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 와이어크램프 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 수평축에 대응하는 코일체에는 수평축 삽입 안내홈을 형성하고, 수평축에는 가동크램프팁과 코일체 사이에서 가동크램프팁에 탄발력을 제공가능토록 하는 탄성스프링이 끼워진 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어크램프 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 코일체는 영구자석이 내장된 요크에서 수평이동토록 플레밍의 왼손법칙을 구현 가능케하는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어크램프 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 요크는 고정크램프판과 일정간격을 유지토록 결합되는 고정부재에 나사결합되고, 결합된 나사에 의해 요크 수평위치가 조절되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어크램프 장치.
