Abstract

본 발명은 원료 이송용 컨베이어 벨트상의 금속편 검출방법 및 그의 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 원료이송용 컨베이어 벨트에서 벨트를 파손 및 절손시키고, 벨트의 수명단축 및 조업장애의 요인이 되는 원료(철광석)속에 포함되어 있는 각종 금속편을 와전류(Eddy Current)를 이용하여 비접촉으로 검출해 내어 금속편의 존재유무와 금속편의 컨베이어 벨트방향 위치 및 컨베이어 벨트 폭방향의 위치정보를 조업자에게 알려주며, 또한 스틸벨트의 이음부분을 감지하여 이음부분 통과에 따른 검출강도 둔감화를 방지하도록 하여 금속편을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있게 하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 원료를 실어나르는 컨베이어 벨트의 이동속도를 하기 식에 의해서 구하는 공정과,
    금속편 검출신호의 크기로 금속편의 폭 및 두께에 대한 정보를 회득하는 공정과, 금속편 검출신호폭의 크기로 금속편의 길이 정보를 획득하는 공정과, 상기 공정들의 정보를 분석, 판별하는 공정과, 상기 분석 판별된 것을 조업자에게 알리어 금속편을 제거하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 원료이송용 컨베이어 벨트상의 금속편 검출방법.
  2. 광성등을 실어나르기 위한 컨베이어 벨트(B)의 상부와 하부에 발신코일(11)과 수신코일(12),(16)을 각각 설치하여, 수신코일(12),(16)로부터 계측된 파형도로서 금속편을 검출하기 위한 금속편 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 수신코일은 컨베이어 벨브(B)의 길이방향으로 연속된 제1수신코일(12)과 제2수신코일(16)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 원료이송용 컨베이어 벨트상의 금속편 검출방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 판형으로 된 제1수신 코일(12)과 제2수신코일(16)을 컨베이어벨트(B)의 저부횡단면 방향으로 일측단부에서 타측단부에 이루도록 설치하되, 수평을 유지하도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 원료이송용 컨베이어 벨트상의 금속편 검출장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 제1수신코일(12)과 제2수신코일(16)을 다수개 연결설치하여 컨베이어벨트(B)의 저부횡단면 방향으로 일측단부에서 타측단부에 이르도록 설치하되, 컨베이어 벨트(B)의 횡단면 모양과 부합하도록 호형을 이루어서 됨을 특징으로 하는 원료이송용 컨베이어 벨트상의 금속편 검출장치.
