Abstract

본 발명은 차량 외부에서 흡입된 공기의 불순물을 걸러내는 에어필터(1)와, 상기 에어필터(1)의 일측에 구비되어 있으며 상기 에어필터(1)의 색상변화를 감지하는 칼라감지센서(10)와, 상기 칼라감지센서(10)에서 감지된 정보에 따라 일정한 제어신호를 발생하는 제어부(20)와, 상기 제어부(20)의 제어신호에 따라 동작하는 경보표시등(31) 및 경보음발생기(32)로 이루어진 차량용 에어필터의 오염도 검사장치에 관한 것으로, 차량의 내부에 설치되어 있으므로 육안으로 검사하기가 쉽지 않은 에어필터(1)의 상태를 칼라감지센서(20)를 통해 시가적으로 검사하고, 상기 에어필터(1)의 상태를 차량의 인스트루먼트 판넬에 구비되어 있는 경보표시등(31)과 경보음발생기(31)를 통해 운전자에게 알려줌으로써 에어필터(1)를 적절한 시기에 교환할 수 있으므로 차량유지에 편의를 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량용 에어필터에 있어서, 차량 외부에서 흡입된 공기의 불순물을 걸러내는 에어필터(1)와, 상기 에어필터(1)의 일측에 구비되어 있으며 상기 에어필터(1)의 색상변화를 감지하는 칼라감지센서(10)와, 상기 칼라감지센서(10)에서 감지된 정보에 따라 일정한 제어신호를 발생하는 제어부(20)와, 상기 제어부(20)의 제어신호에 따라 상기 에어필터(1)가 오염됐을 경우 점등되는 경보표시등(31) 및 상기 에어필터(1)가 오염됐을 경우 경보음을 발생하는 경보음발생기(32)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어필터의 오염도 검사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼라감지센서(10)는 에어필터의 일측에 위치하고 있으며, 상기 에어필터(1)의 오염에 의한 색상변화에 따라 제어부에 일정한 전기적 신호를 전달하는 작용을 하며, 피앤 접합의 실리콘 표면에서의 깊이에 따라 분광감도 특성이 변화하는 피앤 접합 포토 다이오드로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어필터의 오염도 검사장치.
