Abstract

본 발명은 팬히터의 내부에 발생되는 화염을 감지하여 연료차단 및 소화가스를 뿜어 줌으로써 보다 안전한 팬히터의 사용을 위 한 팬히터의 안전장치에 관한 것으로서, 화염센서와; 마이컴과; 연료 차단 장치와; 소화장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬히터의 안전장치이고, 사용자가 스위치를 온하여 연소를 시작하여 정상 연소시키는 도중에 팬히터 내부의 온도로 인하여 발생되어지는 열기전력을 특정하는 스텝 100과; 상기 스텝 100에서 열기전력이 발생되어지면 연료의 공급을 차단하며 소화가스를 분사하여 발생된 화염을 소화시키는 스텝 102로 이루어진 수순을 하고 있는 팬히터의 제어방법이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 팬히터(1)의 안전장치(10)의 개략적인 시스템도로서, 이는 팬히터의 내부에 설치되어 있는 화염센서(12)와; 상기 화염센서(12)로부터 화염에 대한 일정 전기적인 신호를 받아 이 신호에 따를 일정 전압을 가진 데이터 신호를 출력하는 마이컴(14)과; 상기 마이컴(14)으로부터 소정의 데이터 신호를 입력받아 연료를 차단하며 팬히터(1)내의 연료계통의 소위부위에 장착된 연료 차단 장치(16)와; 상기 연료 차단 장치(16)와 함께 마이컴(14)으로부터 소정의 데이터 신호를 받아 작동하며 팬히터의 내부에 설치된 소화장치(18)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬히터의 안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화염센서(12)는 오일 연소기(20)를 향하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬히터의 안전장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 연료차단장치(16)는 전자펌프(22)로부터 노즐로 향하는 송유관(24)에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬히터의 안전장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 소화장치(18)는 소화가스를 내장하고 있고 오일연소기(20)를 향하여 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬히터의 안전장치.
