Abstract

본 발명은 석유 연소기의 기화실 내부에 강, 약연소시 분사되는 연료를 1차공기와 용이하게 혼합될 수 있고, 분사연료를 기화실 내부에 골고루 확산시켜 불완전 연소를 방지하는 석유 연소기의 기화 혼합장치에 관한 것으로, 내부중앙에는 일측에 연료분사노즐을 설치하여 그 외측에는 1차공기투입구가 형성된 기화기와, 기화기의 외부에는 원형의 히터가 설치된 석유연소기에 있어서, 상기 기화기의 기화실 내부중앙에는 연료분사노즐의 연료분사방향과 동일하게 반구형의 1차돌기와 2차돌기가 일체로 형성된 확산체를 솔레노이드밸브에 연결된 이동축의 끝단에 연결한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내부 중앙에는 일측에 연료분사노즐(26)을 설치하여 그 외측에는 1차공기투입구(24)가 형성된 기화기(20)와, 기화기(20)의 외부에는 원형의 히터가 설치된 석유 연소기에 있어서, 상기 기화기(20)의 기화실(22) 내부중앙에는 연료분사노즐(26)의 연료분사 방향의 전방에 반구형의 1차돌기(8)와 2차돌기(10)가 일체로 형성된 확산체(6)를 솔레노이드밸브(2)에 연결된 이동축(4)의 끝단에 고정 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 석유 연소기의 기화 혼합장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산체(6)의 1, 2차돌기(8)(10)의 표면에는 다수의 돌출돌기(12)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 석유 연소기의 기화 혼합장치.
