본 발명은 차량용 안티록 브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 안티록 브레이크 작동시 소음이 감소되고 킥백현상을 방지할 수 있음은 물론, 소형화되고 단순화된 차량용 안티록 브레이크 자이의 유량조절밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 차량의 운전석에 마련된 브레이크페달로부터 힘을 전달받아 유체를 전달하는 마스터실린더, 상기 마스터실린더로부터 전달된 유체를 휠실린더측으로 전달하는 유량조절밸브, 상기 휠에 과도한 제동력이 작용되어 휠에 미끄럼현상이 발생되면 전자제어유니트의 명령에 의하여 상기 유량조절밸브측과 연통된 유로를 개방시키는 솔레노이드밸브, 상기 유량조절밸브측의 유체를 펌핑하여 마스터실린더측으로 송출하는 펌프를 구비하는 차량용 안티록 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 상기 유량조절불배는, 일측은 상기 마스터실린더와 연통되고 타측은 상기 휠실린더와 연통되며, 또 다FMS 타측은 상기 솔레노이드밸브와 연통된 밸브몸체, 상기 밸브몸체에 내장되며 밸브몸체 내부의 압력차에 희아?? 승,하강 운동하는 스풀, 상기 스풀을 탄지하여 스풀을 최초의 상태로 복귀시키는 탄성부재, 상기 스풀의 하측에 마련되며, 압력차에 의하여 상기 스풀이 하강되면 스풀의 유로를 폐쇄시크는 밸브시트로 마련된 구성이다.The present invention relates to a vehicle anti-lock brake device, and more particularly, to reduce the noise and prevent kickback phenomenon when operating the anti-lock brake, as well as to the flow control valve of the miniature and simplified vehicle anti-lock brake gyro will be.
