본 발명은 로어 아암을 너클에 체결고정하기 위한 자동차의 볼 조인트 체결구조에 관한 것으로 일단이 로어 아암에 삽입되고 타단은 너클에 관통설치되는 볼 조인트와, 상기 볼 조인트의 상측에 체결되는 너트를 포함하는 자동차의 볼 조인트 체결구조에 있어서, 상기 너클(5)의 일측에는 스토퍼(5a)가 돌출형성되고, 상기 너클(5)의 상측에는 이완방지판(10)을 개재하여 너트(6)가 체결고정되어 너클과 너트의 사이에개재된 이완방지판이 스토퍼에 긴밀하게 밀착됨에 따라 너트의 이완을 방지함과 동시에 체결력을 더욱 증대시키고, 더욱 조립시간을 단축시킴으로써 생산성이 향상되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a ball joint fastening structure of an automobile for fastening and fixing a lower arm to a knuckle, and includes a ball joint having one end inserted into the lower arm and the other end penetrated through the knuckle, and a nut fastened to an upper side of the ball joint.
