Abstract

본 발명은 그 체결력을 합리적으로 강화할 수 있으며, 또한 비용을 절감할 수 있는 호스 클램프를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로서, 그 구성은 원형 고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 양단부(1a),(1b)에 서로 교차하는 1쌍의 돌편 (2),(4)을 형성하여 이 각 돌편(2),(4)을 접근시킨면 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 지름이 넓어지고, 각 돌편(2),(4)의 접근을 해제하면 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 지름이 좁아지는 호스 클램프에 있어서, 상기 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 외측둘레에 나선형상으로 감긴 탄성보강체(5)를 끼워 부착함으로써, 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1) 전체에 대해서는 물론, 가이드 홈이나 좁은 폭치수 등으로 인하여 체결력의 저하가 우려되는 부위에 대해서도 탄성보강체(5)의 존재로 그 체결력을 효과적으로 강화할 수 있게 됨과 아울러, 탄성보강체(5)를 끼워 부착하는 경우에는 종래와 같은 대형 장치나 지그를 사용하지 않아도 탄성보강체(5)의 나선형상을 이용하여 상기 탄성보강체(5)를 원형 고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 외측둘레에 나사식으로 결합하기만 하면 되도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 양단부에 서로 교차하는 1쌍의 돌편(2), (4)을 형성하여, 상기 각 돌편(2),(4)을 접근시키면 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 지름이 넓어지고, 각 돌편(2),(4)의 접근을 해제하면 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 지름이 좁아지는 호스 클램프에 있어서, 상기 원형고리형상으로 된 클램프 본체(1)의 외측둘레에 나선형상으로 감긴 탄성보강체(5)를 끼워 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성보강체(5)를 좌우에서 감은 방향이 상이한 2개의 탄성보강체 (5A),(5B)로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성보강체 (5)(5A)(5B)를 그 단면이 사각형 또는 원형이나 그 외의 다른 형상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
