Abstract

본 발명은 끝단부가 "ㄱ"자 모양으로 절곡된 용접플랜지를 가진 두 패널이 움직이지 못하도록 하는 동시에 스포트 용접중에 패널이 가지게 되는 열응력에 의해 패널이 움직이는 것을 방지 할 수 있는 파넬용접용 클램프를 제공하기 위하여 양각의 다리부(20a)(20b)를 가진 "ㄷ"자 모양의 클램프 본체(20)의 일측 다리부(20a)에는 이동스크류(22)가 설치되어 있으며, 그 이동스크류(22)의 끝단에 설치되어 있는 가동조오(30)와 대향하면서 상기 이동스크류(22)의 움직임에 따라 서로 탈접하는 고정조오(32)가 상기 클램크 본체(20)의 타측 다리부(20b)의 내측에 설치되어 있는 패녈용접용 클램프에 있어서, 상기 클램프 본체(20)의 내측을 가로지르는 동시에 상기 이동스크류(22)의 축중심선과 평행한 안내중심선을 가지는 가이드봉(40)에 미끄럼결합되어 있는 가동조오 회전방지편(42)을 상기 가동조오(30)에 설치하고, 이 가동조오(30)에는 관통구멍(30a)을 형성하여 상기 이동스크류(22)의 선단부에 형성되어 있는 미끄럼축(22a)에 회전이 자유롭게 미끄럼결합하는 한편, 상기 가동조오(30)와 고정조오(32)의 각 가압면(22d)(32d)상에는 용접하려는 각 패널(50)(52)에 형성되어 있는 "ㄱ"자 모양의 용접플랜지(50a)(52a)가 삽입되는 패널삽입홈(30g)(32g)을 각각 요입형성하여 구성한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 패널용접용 클램프가 패널을 협지하고 있는 상태를 보이는 측면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 양각의 다리부(20a)(20b)를 가진 "ㄷ"자 모양의 클램프 본체(20)의 일측 다리부(20a)에는 이동스크류(22)가 설치되어 있으며, 그 이동스크류(22)의 끝단에 설치되어 있는 가동조오(30)와 대향하면서 상기 이동스크류(22)의 움직임에 따라 서로 탈접하는 고정조오(32)가 상기 클램크 본체(20)의 타측 다리부(20b)의 내측에 설치되어 있는 패녈용접용 클램프에 있어서, 상기 클램프 본체(20)의 내측을 가로지르는 동시에 상기 이동스크류(22)의 축중심선과 평행한 안내중심선을 가지는 가이드봉(40)에 미끄럼결합되어 있는 가동조오 회전방지편(42)을 상기 가동조오(30)에 설치하고, 이 가동조오(30)에는 관통구멍(30a)을 형성하여 상기 이동스크류(22)의 선단부에 형성되어 있는 미끄럼축(22a)에 회전이 자유롭게 미끄럼결합하는 한편, 상기 가동조오(30)와 고정조오(32)의 각 가압면(22d)(32d)상에는 용접하려는 각 패널(50)(52)에 형성되어 있는 "ㄱ"자 모양의 용접플랜지(50a)(52a)가 삽입되는 패널삽입홈(30g)(32g)을 각각 요입형성하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 패널용접용 클램프.
