Abstract
본 발명은 밀폐형 압축기의 냉각장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 전동기의 작동에 따라 회전되는 크랭크샤프트와, 싱기 크랭크샤프트의 회전력에 의해 직선 왕복 작동하여 실린더 보어 내로 유입된 냉매를 압축시키는 피스톤과, 상기 크랭크샤프트의 하측에서 편심 회전하여 오일을 펌핌하는 오일 픽업 및 상기 오일 픽업에 의해 펌핑된 오일을 크랭크샤프트의 상측으로 공급하여 토출시키는 하부 및 상부 오일 통로를 포함하는 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 압축기의 작동 중에 오일이 계속적으로 크랭크샤프트의 전체 주변부로 공급됨으로써 마찰에 의해 발생되는 열을 냉각시켜 압축기의 과열을 방지함과 동시에 냉매 가스의 압축비를 저하시켜 압축 효율을 증대시키고, 더욱 온도 상승에 의한 유막의 파괴에 의해 발생하는 마찰부에 훤활한 윤활 작용이 이루어지도록 하여 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
