Abstract
본 발명에 의한 밀폐형 압축기의 소읍기 내부의 오일배출구조는 냉매흡입구를 구비한 밀폐형 압축기의 소음기에 있어서, 상기 냉매흡입구 주위에 오일배출구를 형성함으로써, 플라스틱 소음기 내부에 유입되는 기름의 양을 줄이고, 플라스틱 소음기 내부 체적을 유지하여 밀폐형 전동압축기의 성능을 향상시키며, 유입된 기름에 의한 프라스틱 소음기의 내부 체적변동이 작아서 설계시 원하였던 특정대역의 소음감소, 캐비티 진동감소를 구현할 수 있도록 한다. 플라스틱 소음기 내부에 기름이 많으면 이 기름들이 냉장 또는 냉동사이크레 유입되어 냉장 또는 냉동고의 성능을 저하시키는 원인이 되었지만, 본 발명은 이런 현상을 막을 수 있고, 또한 기름이 냉장 또는 냉동사이클에 만히 유입될 경우 밀폐형 냉동 압축기의 기구부의 윤활이 나빠져 신뢰성에 치명적인 영향을 미치는 것을 방지하도록 하였다.The oil discharge structure of the sealed compressor of the sealed compressor according to the present invention, in the silencer of the sealed compressor having a refrigerant inlet, by forming an oil outlet around the refrigerant inlet, to reduce the amount of oil flowing into the plastic silencer, It maintains the internal volume of plastic silencer to improve the performance of hermetic electric compressor, and the internal volume fluctuation of plastic silencer due to the oil introduced is small, so that it can realize noise reduction and cavity vibration of the specific band that were designed.
