Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 엔진에서 연소시 발생하는 배기가스를 배출시키는 배기 파이프 상으로 이그조스트 매니폴드 일측에 설치되는 머플러 냉각기의 온도 조절 시스템에 관한 것으로써, 특히 배기 파이프 상에 설치되는 이그조스트 매니폴드와 냉각 펌프 사이로 솔레노이드를 설치하고, 상기 냉각펌프와 이그조스트 매니폴드와의 사이로 온도측정기와 로테이터를 연결하고, 상기 솔레노이드와 온도 감지센서를 전자 제어장치에 연결하여 배기가스 온도가 규정치 이상이면 솔레이노이드가 작동하여 냉각수를 공급하여 배기파이프를 온도를 낮추어 배기가스를 저감시키고 엔진의 선을을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 차량용 머플러 냉각기의 온도 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 배기 파이프(1) 상에 설치되는 이그조스트 매니폴드(2)와 냉각 펌프(3) 사이로 솔레노이드(4)를 설치하고, 상기 냉각펌프(3)와 이그조스트 매니폴드(2)와의 사이로 온도측정기(5)와 로테이트(6)를 연결하고, 상기 솔레노이드(4)와 온도 감지센서(7)를 전자 제어장치(8)에 접지 연결하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 차량용 머플러 냉각기의 온도 제어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드(4)는 내부로 전자석(9)이 설치되고 일측으로는 유로 개폐용 밸브편(10)이 설치되어 구성함을 특징으로 한 차량용 머플러 냉각기의 온도 제어 시스템.
