Abstract
본 발명은 경유차량에서 배출되는 배기가스 중의 입자상 물질을 여과하고, 여과된 입자상 물질을 연소시키는 경유차량 입자상물질의 제거장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 구체적으로는 엔진으로부터 발생된 배기가스를 여과재로 유입시키는 배기가스 유입관에 밸브가 설치되고, 상기 밸브의 후측에 배기가스를 포집하는 여과재가 설치되며, 상기 여과재의 전단부에 설치되어 여과재에 배기가스가 일정량이상 포집되면 이를 연소시키는 전기점화장치가 설치된 경유차량 입자상물질의 제거장치에 있어서, 상기 밸브의 개폐관이 밸브 본체의 배기가스입구를 개폐하도록 하고, 상기 밸브와 여과재 사이의 배기가스 통로에 양측의 배기가스통로가 연통되도록 브리딩 파이프를 설치하며, 상기 전기점화장치의 히팅코일이 여과재에 밀착되게 설치하고, 상기 여과재의 중심부분을 전체 단면적의 5~40%을 막음으로써 경유차량에서 배출되는 배기가스중의 입자상 물질을 여과하는 여과재의 내구성 및 여과성능을 향상시키고, 여과하여 포집된 입자상 물질을 저온에서 안전하게 연소시키기 위한 경유차량 입자상물질의 제거장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a diesel vehicle particulate matter removal device for filtering particulate matter in the exhaust gas discharged from the diesel vehicle, and to burn the filtered particulate matter, and more particularly, to exhaust the exhaust gas generated from the engine into the filter medium.
