Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 피스톤 핀의 윤활방식구조에 관한 것으로 실린더 블록(5)내의 컴 로드(10)의 대단부와 관통되는 두개의 오일 홀(20)을 형성하고 상기 오일 홀(20)은 크랭크 샤프트 핀(30)에 형성된 것이며 상기 컴 로드(10)의 전면에는 피스톤 핀(40)과 피스톤(50)이 형성됨으로서 오일의 분출 대신에 컴 로드의 대단부에 피스톤 방향으로 오일 홀을 만들어 크랭크 샤프트의 오일 갤러리를 통해 나오는 오일을 직접 피스톤 핀 방향으로 분사시키는 시스템으로서 부품수를 절감할 수 있는 유용한 발명이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 실린더 블록(5)내의 컴 로드(10)의 대단부와 관통되는 두개의 오일 홀(20)을 형성하고 상기 오일 홀(20)은 크랭크 샤프트 핀(30)에 형성된 것이며 상기 컴 로드(10)의 전면에는 피스톤 핀(40)과 피스톤(50)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 피스톤 핀의 운활방식구조.
