Abstract

구동장치는 고정 운반부 대신에 세탁액 컨테이너 1의 후벽 6에 설치되며 대체로 적어도 수평으로 놓여있는 샤프트 7위로 가로 놓여있으며 세탁액 컨테이너 1의 후벽 6과 결합된 플랫모터 19에 의해 직접 설치되는 세탁드럼4와 결합된다. 이때, 플랫모터의 10에서 12까지의 고정자는 회전자와 샤프트용으로서 중앙의 베어링 슬리이브를 지닌 고정 운반부 10과 결합된다. 회전자는 원판형의 챔버를 형성하며, 그 안에서 플랫모터 9의 회전자 13,14가 회전하며 창고에서 나와 뒤쪽으로 솟아 나온 샤프트 7의 끝과 바퀴통 위쪽으로 강하게 회전하며 결합되고 바퀴통은 베어링 롤러 위에서 고정 운반부 10 내지10에서 12까지의 고정자와 회전할 수 있을 정도로 결합된다.

도1은 수평으로 유지되는 내부 세탁 드럼을 가지는 세탁기의 세탁액 컨테이너를 나타낸 도면, 상기 세탁 드럼의 구동 샤프트는 본 발명에 따른 플랫 모터의 회전자로 이어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 플랫 모터(9)의 고정자(10-12)가 단단한 캐리어 부분(17)과 연결되고 디스크 형태의 챔버를 형성하고 플랫 모터(9)의 회전자(13,14,25)는 베어링 슬리이브 (31,32)에서 허브(25)를 통하여 샤프트(7)의 배면과 이어지는 단부에 회전할 수 있게 고정되도록 연결되고 허브는 로울링 베어링(23,24)을 통하여 단단한 캐리어 부분(17) 또는 고정자(10 또는 17,22)와 회전할 수 있도록 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁액 컨테이너의 후벽에 장착된 단단한 캐리어 부분의 베어링 슬리이브 내에 수평축을 통하여 지탱되고 세탁액 컨테이너의 후벽에 캐리어와 비슷하게 장착된 플랫 모터에 의해 직접 구동되는 세탁 드럼을 가지는 프런트-로딩 세탁기의 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정자(10)는 두 개의 디시로 만들어지고 베어링 슬리이브의 제2부분(31)을 가지는 앞쪽 마운팅 디시(17)뿐만 아니라 베어링 슬리이브의 제1부분(32)을 가지는 뒤쪽 덮개 디시(22)를 포함하고, 앞쪽 마운팅 디시(17)의 바깥쪽을 둘러싼 플랜지(11)의 내부 주조면에서 디스크 형태의 챔버내에다수의 고정자 권선(12)이 균일하게 분배되고 디스크 형태의 챔버가 플랜지(11)와 반복적으로 나사로 조여진 커버 디시(22)에 의해 뒤쪽으로 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 플랜지(11)의 바깥쪽 주조면에서 앞쪽 마운팅 디시(17)가 세탁액 컨테이너(1)와 연결하기 위해 균일하게 분배된 나사구멍(고정 아이19)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  4. 제1항에서 3항중 한 한에 있어서, 앞쪽 마운팅 디시(17)가 나사 구멍을 가지고, 상기 나사구멍은 세탁액 컨테이너(1)의 부품과 연결하기 위해 베어링 슬리이브 (31,32) 주위의 원둘레에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 회전자(13)와 커버 디시(22)가 베어링 슬리이브(31,32) 둘레의 원주위에 놓인 점검구(33,34)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
