Abstract
본 발명은 제철원료로서 각종 분철광석을 배합하여 괴성화하는 소결광의 제조에 있어서 마그카본 폐연와를 활용하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 마그카본(MgO-C) 폐연와를 활용한 철광석 소결광 제조방법은 철광석 소결광의 제조에 있어서, 제강 공정의 전로 내장용 등으로 사용하 후 폐기되는 마그카본 폐연화를 파쇄하여 입도를 3㎜이하로 하되 그중 2㎜이하의 중량비가 70%이상이 되도록 조절한 후 철광석, 석회석, 규석 등 일반 소결원료 및 연로와 함께 배합하여 소결하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for utilizing magcarbon waste smoke in the manufacture of sintered ore which mixes and hardens various iron ore as raw materials for steelmaking.
